Walton-on-Thames Repair Cafe is a volunteer-led project all about repairing broken household items, giving them a new lease of life and saving them from landfill.
Bring along your broken item and you will be matched with a volunteer - we have repairers with skills in electrical, mechanical, textile and electronic fields.
Hopefully items will be fixed, if not, advice on next steps can be given - or the item may sadly be declared unrepairable.
Visiting us:
We meet on the second Saturday of the month at Walton Centre for the Community, Manor Rd, KT12 2PB.
Running from 10am to 1pm, the Repair Cafe session operates by appointment, please get in touch to book a slot.
There is no charge to bring an item to the Walton-on-Thames Repair Cafe.
Donations are welcomed to help cover our operating costs.
Refreshments are available - tea, coffee and homemade cakes.
